The Tuareg are North & West African Berber people typically inhabiting the Sahara Desert including Algeria, Morocco, Mali, Libya, Niger and Burkina Faso and as far south as Northern Nigeria. Of these people, the greatest majority live in Niger. They are traditionally nomadic pastoralists and are skilled craftsmen, producing exquisite jewelry.
